1 Chronicles 10:14

NIV: and did not inquire of the LORD. So the LORD put him to death and turned the kingdom over to David son of Jesse.

NAS: and did not inquire of the LORD. Therefore He killed him and turned the kingdom to David the son of Jesse.

KJV: And inquired not of the LORD: therefore he slew him, and turned the kingdom unto David the son of Jesse.

GWT: He didn't request information from the LORD. So the LORD killed him and turned the kingship over to David, Jesse's son.

ASV: and inquired not of Jehovah: therefore he slew him, and turned the kingdom unto David the son of Jesse.
