1 Kings 11:10

NIV: Although he had forbidden Solomon to follow other gods, Solomon did not keep the LORD's command.

NAS: and had commanded him concerning this thing, that he should not go after other gods; but he did not observe what the LORD had commanded.

KJV: And had commanded him concerning this thing, that he should not go after other gods: but he kept not that which the LORD commanded.

GWT: God had given him commands about this. [He told him] not to follow other gods. But Solomon did not obey God's command.
