2 Corinthians 5:21
NIV:  God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.
NAS:  He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
KJV:  For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
GWT:  God had Christ, who was sinless, take our sin so that we might receive God's approval through him.
ASV:  Him who knew no sin he made to be'sin on our behalf; that we might become the righteousness of God in him.
BBE:  For him who had no knowledge of sin God made to be sin for us; so that we might become the righteousness of God in him.
