Acts 2:24
NIV:  But God raised him from the dead, freeing him from the agony of death, because it was impossible for death to keep its hold on him.
NAS:  "But God raised Him up again, putting an end to the agony of death, since it was impossible for Him to be held in its power.
KJV:  Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it.
GWT:  But God raised him from death to life and destroyed the pains of death, because death had no power to hold him.
ASV:  whom God raised up, having loosed the pangs of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it.
BBE:  But God gave him back to life, having made him free from the pains of death because it was not possible for him to be overcome by it.
