Deuteronomy 11:2

NIV: Remember today that your children were not the ones who saw and experienced the discipline of the LORD your God: his majesty, his mighty hand, his outstretched arm;

NAS: "Know this day that I am not speaking with your sons who have not known and who have not seen the discipline of the LORD your God-- His greatness, His mighty hand and His outstretched arm,

KJV: And know ye this day: for I speak not with your children which have not known, and which have not seen the chastisement of the LORD your God, his greatness, his mighty hand, and his stretched out arm,

GWT: Remember today the discipline you learned from the LORD your God. ( [I'm not talking] to your children. They didn't see or experience any of this.) You saw and experienced his great power-his mighty hand and powerful arm.
