Ezekiel 7:20

NIV: They took pride in their beautiful jewelry and used it to make their detestable idols. They made it into vile images; therefore I will make it a thing unclean for them.

NAS: They transformed the beauty of His ornaments into pride, and they made the images of their abominations and their detestable things with it; therefore I will make it an abhorrent thing to them.

KJV: As for the beauty of his ornament, he set it in majesty: but they made the images of their abominations and of their detestable things therein: therefore have I set it far from them.

GWT: They were proud of their beautiful jewels and used them to make disgusting and detestable statues [of false gods]. That is why I will make their jewels disgusting.
