Habakkuk 1:7
NIV:  They are a feared and dreaded people; they are a law to themselves and promote their own honor.
NAS:  "They are dreaded and feared; Their justice and authority originate with themselves.
KJV:  They are terrible and dreadful: their judgment and their dignity shall proceed of themselves.
GWT:  They will be terrifying and fearsome. They will carry out their own kind of justice and honor.
