Isaiah 43:28

NIV: So I disgraced the dignitaries of your temple; I consigned Jacob to destruction and Israel to scorn.

NAS: "So I will pollute the princes of the sanctuary, And I will consign Jacob to the ban and Israel to revilement.

KJV: Therefore I have profaned the princes of the sanctuary, and have given Jacob to the curse, and Israel to reproaches.

GWT: That is why I will corrupt the leaders of the holy place. I will claim Jacob for destruction. I will set up Israel for ridicule.

ASV: Therefore I will profane the princes of the sanctuary; and I will make Jacob a curse, and Israel a reviling.
