Isaiah 59:1
NIV:  Surely the arm of the LORD is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear.
NAS:  Behold, the LORD'S hand is not so short That it cannot save; Nor is His ear so dull That it cannot hear.
KJV:  Behold, the LORD's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:
GWT:  The LORD is not too weak to save or his ear too deaf to hear.
ASV:  Behold, Jehovah's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:
