NIV:  At this, Job got up and tore his robe and shaved his head. Then he fell to the ground in worship
NAS:  Then Job arose and tore his robe and shaved his head, and he fell to the ground and worshiped.
KJV:  Then Job arose, and rent his mantle, and shaved his head, and fell down upon the ground, and worshipped,
