Job 23:13

NIV: "But he stands alone, and who can oppose him? He does whatever he pleases.

NAS: "But He is unique and who can turn Him? And what His soul desires, that He does.

KJV: But he is in one mind, and who can turn him? and what his soul desireth, even that he doeth.

GWT: "But God is one of a kind. Who can make him change his mind? He does whatever he wants!
