NIV:  "Can you pull in Leviathan with a fishhook or tie down its tongue with a rope?
NAS:  "Can you draw out Leviathan with a fishhook? Or press down his tongue with a cord?
KJV:  Canst thou draw out leviathan with an hook? or his tongue with a cord which thou lettest down?
GWT:  "Can you pull Leviathan out [of the water] with a fishhook or tie its tongue down with a rope?
