John 8:40

NIV: As it is, you are looking for a way to kill me, a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God. Abraham did not do such things.

NAS: "But as it is, you are seeking to kill Me, a man who has told you the truth, which I heard from God; this Abraham did not do.

KJV: But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham.

GWT: I am a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God. But now you want to kill me. Abraham wouldn't have done that.
