Proverbs 14:13
NIV:  Even in laughter the heart may ache, and rejoicing may end in grief.
NAS:  Even in laughter the heart may be in pain, And the end of joy may be grief.
KJV:  Even in laughter the heart is sorrowful; and the end of that mirth is heaviness.
GWT:  Even while laughing a heart can ache, and joy can end in grief.
ASV:  Even in laughter the heart is sorrowful; And the end of mirth is heaviness.
