Proverbs 19:2

NIV: Desire without knowledge is not good-- how much more will hasty feet miss the way!

NAS: Also it is not good for a person to be without knowledge, And he who hurries his footsteps errs.

KJV: Also, that the soul be without knowledge, it is not good; and he that hasteth with his feet sinneth.

GWT: A person without knowledge is no good. A person in a hurry makes mistakes.
