Proverbs 24:9
NIV:  The schemes of folly are sin, and people detest a mocker.
NAS:  The devising of folly is sin, And the scoffer is an abomination to men.
KJV:  The thought of foolishness is sin: and the scorner is an abomination to men.
GWT:  Foolish scheming is sinful, and a mocker is disgusting to everyone.
ASV:  The thought of foolishness is sin; And the scoffer is an abomination to men.
BBE:  The purpose of the foolish is sin: and the hater of authority is disgusting to others.
DBY:  The purpose of folly is sin, and the scorner is an abomination to men.
