Psalm 55:19

NIV: God, who is enthroned from of old, who does not change-- he will hear them and humble them, because they have no fear of God.

NAS: God will hear and answer them-- Even the one who sits enthroned from of old-- Selah. With whom there is no change, And who do not fear God.

KJV: God shall hear, and afflict them, even he that abideth of old. Selah. Because they have no changes, therefore they fear not God.

GWT: God will listen. The one who has sat enthroned from the beginning will deal with them. [Selah] They never change. They never fear God.

ASV: God will hear, and answer them, Even he that abideth of old, Selah The men who have no changes, And who fear not God.

BBE: God will give thought to me; he who from early times is strong will send pain and trouble on them. (Selah.) Because they are unchanged, they have no fear of God.
