Psalm 94:4

NIV: They pour out arrogant words; all the evildoers are full of boasting.

NAS: They pour forth words, they speak arrogantly; All who do wickedness vaunt themselves.

KJV: How long shall they utter and speak hard things? and all the workers of iniquity boast themselves?
