1 Corinthians 1:23

NIV: but we preach Christ crucified: a stumbling block to Jews and foolishness to Gentiles,

NAS: but we preach Christ crucified, to Jews a stumbling block and to Gentiles foolishness,

KJV: But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness;

GWT: but our message is that Christ was crucified. This offends Jewish people and makes no sense to people who are not Jewish.
