NIV:  "At least there is hope for a tree: If it is cut down, it will sprout again, and its new shoots will not fail.
NAS:  "For there is hope for a tree, When it is cut down, that it will sprout again, And its shoots will not fail.
KJV:  For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease.
GWT:  There is hope for a tree when it is cut down. It will sprout again. Its shoots will not stop sprouting.
