Luke 17:1

NIV: Jesus said to his disciples: "Things that cause people to stumble are bound to come, but woe to anyone through whom they come.

NAS: He said to His disciples, "It is inevitable that stumbling blocks come, but woe to him through whom they come!

KJV: Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come!

GWT: Jesus told his disciples, "Situations that cause people to lose their faith are certain to arise. But how horrible it will be for the person who causes someone to lose his faith!
