Proverbs 11:24
NIV:  One person gives freely, yet gains even more; another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty.
NAS:  There is one who scatters, and yet increases all the more, And there is one who withholds what is justly due, and yet it results only in want.
KJV:  There is that scattereth, and yet increaseth; and there is that withholdeth more than is meet, but it tendeth to poverty.
GWT:  One person spends freely and yet grows richer, while another holds back what he owes and yet grows poorer.
ASV:  There is that scattereth, and increaseth yet more; And there is that withholdeth more than is meet, but it tendeth only to want.
BBE:  A man may give freely, and still his wealth will be increased; and another may keep back more than is right, but only comes to be in need.
