Proverbs 16:30
NIV:  Whoever winks with their eye is plotting perversity; whoever purses their lips is bent on evil.
NAS:  He who winks his eyes does so to devise perverse things; He who compresses his lips brings evil to pass.
KJV:  He shutteth his eyes to devise froward things: moving his lips he bringeth evil to pass.
GWT:  Whoever winks his eye is plotting something devious. Whoever bites his lips has finished his evil work.
ASV:  He that shutteth his eyes, it is to devise perverse things: He that compresseth his lips bringeth evil to pass.
BBE:  He whose eyes are shut is a man of twisted purposes, and he who keeps his lips shut tight makes evil come about.
