Proverbs 27:12
NIV:  The prudent see danger and take refuge, but the simple keep going and pay the penalty.
NAS:  A prudent man sees evil and hides himself, The naive proceed and pay the penalty.
KJV:  A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself; but the simple pass on, and are punished.
GWT:  Sensible people foresee trouble and hide. Gullible people go ahead [and] suffer.
ASV:  A prudent man seeth the evil, and hideth himself; But the simple pass on, and'suffer for it.
BBE:  The sharp man sees the evil and takes cover: the simple go straight on and get into trouble.
DBY:  A prudent man seeth the evil, and hideth himself; the simple pass on, and are punished.
