Psalm 148:6

NIV: and he established them for ever and ever-- he issued a decree that will never pass away.

NAS: He has also established them forever and ever; He has made a decree which will not pass away.

KJV: He hath also stablished them for ever and ever: he hath made a decree which shall not pass.

GWT: He set them in their places forever and ever. He made it a law that no one can break.
