Psalm 68:4

NIV: Sing to God, sing in praise of his name, extol him who rides on the clouds; rejoice before him--his name is the LORD.

NAS: Sing to God, sing praises to His name; Lift up a song for Him who rides through the deserts, Whose name is the LORD, and exult before Him.

KJV: Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name JAH, and rejoice before him.
