Psalm 95:11

NIV: So I declared on oath in my anger, 'They shall never enter my rest.'"

NAS: "Therefore I swore in My anger, Truly they shall not enter into My rest."

KJV: Unto whom I sware in my wrath that they should not enter into my rest.

GWT: That is why I angrily took this solemn oath: 'They will never enter my place of rest!'"
