Hebrews 12:7

NIV: Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as his children. For what children are not disciplined by their father?

NAS: It is for discipline that you endure; God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom his father does not discipline?

KJV: If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?

GWT: Endure your discipline. God corrects you as a father corrects his children. All children are disciplined by their fathers.
