Isaiah 29:19

NIV: Once more the humble will rejoice in the LORD; the needy will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.

NAS: The afflicted also will increase their gladness in the LORD, And the needy of mankind will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.

KJV: The meek also shall increase their joy in the LORD, and the poor among men shall rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.

GWT: Humble people again will find joy in the LORD. The poorest of people will find joy in the Holy One of Israel.
