Proverbs 11:11
NIV:  Through the blessing of the upright a city is exalted, but by the mouth of the wicked it is destroyed.
NAS:  By the blessing of the upright a city is exalted, But by the mouth of the wicked it is torn down.
KJV:  By the blessing of the upright the city is exalted: but it is overthrown by the mouth of the wicked.
GWT:  With the blessing of decent people a city is raised up, but by the words of wicked people, it is torn down.
